OUR HISTORY
Impetra Group was founded in 2014 with the goal of providing high quality services to companies.
Over the years we incorporated new services including investment advice, financial consulting, real estate investment management and the purchase and sale of raw materials, agricultural products, tropical fruits,...being specialists in the trading of petroleum derivatives both in CIF and FOB Incoterms.
The Group
We are suppliers of petroleum products such as automotive diesel EN590 or jet fuel, among others. We buy globally, trying to facilitate the process of obtaining products for local operators in markets such as Europe, the USA and other parts of the world. We have incorporated other products such as minerals and metals, agricultural products and tropical fruits from Perú and Costa Rica.
We have different investment areas. On one hand, we focus on investing in Real Estate flipping projects. At the same time, we have a network of investors to whom we present investment projects so they can co-invest with us. In the corporate area, we help entrepreneurs with business projects develop their business plan and secure financing to make these projects a reality.
Our Real Estate area is dedicated to the purchase of residential housing to provide the market with long-term rental opportunities. We aim to facilitate access to rental housing, especially in areas with high prices.
